During the warmer months, it's crucial to keep the driver's cab at a comfortable temperature with the air conditioning system. A compression refrigeration system is used in motor vehicles to provide cooling: In a closed circuit, a refrigerant moves back and forth between the liquid and gaseous stated continously. However, the heat that is brought into the car is removed from the air without causing a chill.
In the winter particularly in cold, wet weather, air conditioning is also utilized to keep warm and to prevent window fogging. The heating feature, which ensures comfortable warm temperatures throughout the colder months, is obviously much more crucial.
