The technical specifications and loads of each individual fitting location are perfectly matched to the elastomeric materials used in the fabrication of rubber-metal parts. Despite all, passive rubber-metal parts are unable to completely dampen chassis vibrations. In order to isolate and dampen vibrations, hydraulically dampening elastomeric bearing "Hydromounts" were created.
