Condensers (also known as air conditioning coolers or liquefiers) are used to cool the coolant heated by the compressor, converting its concentration from gas to liquid. The condensation process extracts the refrigerant heat and exchanges it with the ambient air.
The DF5022 Condenser is normally located in the front of the vehicle and connected to other heat exchangers in the engine, such as the radiator or intercooler.
Condensers are classified as parallel, serpentine or tubular depending on their architecture. The parallel system is the most common today, and it is differentiated by its lightweight and compact design while still providing excellent performance. These condensers are made out of aluminum.
