The radiator is the most crucial component of the cooling system for the engine. Its job is to dissipate the heat created by the engine to the surrounding using the cooling fluid that circulates through the cooling system. The radiator’s core is made of aluminum (less frequently copper), while the tanks are brass, steel, aluminum, or plastic. Radiators come in two basic styles: with or without frame. A frame, an extra heat exchanger (for example, an oil cooler), or an integrated expansion tank can be added to the CS2032N Radiator W/O Frame depending on the application.
