The brake servo increases power when the driver presses on the brake pedal, and the master cylinder transforms that power into hydraulic pressure. The force applied by the driver to the brake pedal is roughly 30 times lower than the force applied to the brake pad. In light of this, applying 15 kg of force to the brake pedal will result in 450 kg of braking force.
